Website activity

This website has no account, booking form or inquiry form. Telephone links open your device’s dialer, and direction links open Google Maps in a new tab or app.

Like most hosted websites, Vercel may process request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The embedded map and outbound Google links are provided by Google and are governed by Google’s own privacy terms.

Google data we access

With authorization from an owner or manager of the Southern Lanes Bowling Green Business Profile, the site’s private server process accesses:

• review text, star rating, review identifier and review dates;
• the reviewer display name and profile photo when Google supplies them; and
• Google’s aggregate rating and total review count for the location.

OAuth credentials and access tokens remain server-side and are never sent to site visitors.

How review data is used

The data is used only to show the newest written Google reviews rated 4 or 5 stars, together with an unfiltered aggregate rating when Google supplies it. Review wording is not edited. The page clearly discloses the selection rule and links visitors to Google for the full set of ratings and reviews.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, combined with unrelated profiles, or used to train an AI model.

Storage, sharing & deletion

Raw Google review responses are encrypted in transit and stored in a private Vercel Blob store for display performance. They are retained for no more than 30 days. Each successful refresh removes the prior snapshot, and a separate retention job runs every six hours with a 29-day deletion threshold to remove expired snapshots and incomplete uploads before Google’s limit.

Public review responses are marked not to be cached. Data is shared only with Google and Vercel as needed to authorize, host, secure and deliver this feature. If the integration is retired, its private store is purged before credentials or cleanup automation are removed.

Your choices

The Business Profile owner can revoke this site’s Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. Review authors control their review through Google; Southern Lanes cannot edit a Google review on the author’s behalf.
